*As Sal and Rotecol head into the Hall of Justice, they see the news on the screen*

Sal: Oh crap.

Rote: of course those 2 fell in line so quick. for a psychic her mental shielding sure is weak

*Zatanna and Constantine emerge from the magic box*

Zatanna: I'm guessing something has been interfering with it.

Sal: no. this happens a lot honestly

*Zatanna and Constantine look at each other*

Zatanna: Ah.

Constantine: Awkward.

Rote: she's too confident is the issue

Sal: not that the blocks don't happen but..

*They realise*

Sal: Right...we need to find out what's affecting everyone.

Rote: right

*Rote switches on a scanner*

Rote: See if we can pick up a signal.

Zatanna: got it

*Zatanna nods*

Zatanna: Something's in there, creating some kind of energy.

Constantine: this shouldn't be too hard

*They head inside*

Reporter: The new Justice League has proven effective, clamping down on crime faster than we

*Lois Lane looks at this cynically*

Lois Lane (thought): Something doesn't add up.

*She heads toward the Hall of Justice*

Maxwell: this will be a problem

*Circe smiles*

Circe: Oh don't worry, I'll keep her occupied.

*As Lois enters the hall, the doors slam behind her*

*She runs along the corridor, but as she does so they seem to get longer and longer*
