So seeing as how It's been a while, For those who read it already what are your thoughts on the story?

Also quick question. Where on earth is Reynard City located? It's just a random thought that popped into my head a while ago but it's an interesting question.

JPG- Like I said I really enjoyed it, I thought it captured the spirit of those characters really well.

Basically my view with Reynard City is that it is the American equivalent of Norwich- to explain I'm going to do some very basic UK geography (basically because I suck at geography so it's always going to be basic).

Norwich is the major city in Norfolk, a county in East Anglia, aka the bump on the right hand side of England (Lowestoft on the coast is the most Eastern point in Britain). Unlike a lot of other cities in England it is not connected to the others by a major motorway (M1, M25 etc).

Why is this important? Because in my opinion this is what makes Norwich an odd, creative city. In some respects it means the media often depicts it as a place for yokels and eccentrics (and yeah it's true we do have our fair share of both).

Another side of this is Charlie and The Chocolate Factory- I know a lot of people aren't big fans of that movie but what I liked was the fact the city seemed to be very fairytale-like, half in England and half in America. So there's an element of that too.

Huh. So it's basically somewhere in the States is what you're saying?

Yeah- for the sake of simplicity it's in America but very English influenced (which to be fair some cities I gather in America are, likewise New Orleans being influenced by the French etc)

Game World- When I was a kid there was a cartoon called Captain N that featured various Nintendo characters in a comedic way. I think it'd be quite funny to do a variation on this with up to date game characters (only for the heroes to be disappointed when they're not all they're cracked up to be). And who knows there may be a twist to come...

Last time: Sonic and Crew learned of the evil Lyric's return when he attacked the grand opening of the new Museum of Heroes. Before he could get the crystals, Sonic threw them into Lyric's blast, assumingly destroying them. However it turns out they were merely blown to another universe. So now Sonic, his friends, Lyric and even the unexpected force that is Shadow the Hedgehog have entered their portals into another world to find the Crystals. What's going to happen? Well I think it's time that WE...leant a helping hand to find out!

"7 Continents, 7 Crystals Part 1: Welcome to The City"

In the first part of this Multi Part RP, Vibes and the gang are tasked with guarding a priceless gem, at the new history museum. It turns out that 3 days ago a group of robbers had tried to steal it. So now the gang suspecting that they'll try again, stake out in the museum to take them out. But are these really robbers and if not then why do they need the "Radiant Gem" anyway?

In the B plot (something I want to try out for this RP) we follow Sonic and his pals entering the city, 3 days ago, for the first time as well as their first attempt at retrieving the Radiant Crystal from a highly secure building. Will they succeed or fail? Well if we can put two and two together then I think we know the outcome.

7 Continents, 7 Crystals Part 2: Blazing the trail

The next day, Rote takes Vibes, Van, Scourge, Sonic and Tails to their first stop on this world tour: South America, in order to find the Sun Crystal. The groups search seemingly goes cold until Tails discovers something that many treasure hunters have longed for. This turns out to be a city. But not just any city, The City of El Dorado. It turns out that the Sun Crystal actually landed there and was being held as a tribute to the gods...which in a strange coincidence (and a personal homage to the film of the same name) resemble Sonic and Tails. So they pretend to be their god long enough to get the crystal in their hands, however when news of Lyric's new troops arriving, Sonic and Tails must find a way to not only protect the crystal but the fabled city as well.

B - Plot: Because of The Explorer's small size not everyone could go. So the rest of the group stay at the garage while Penelope tries to finish up a new transportation system to make the job easier and faster. But with each test and each volunteer the results end up less and less than what she was expecting...
