*Sal stops just as she's about to hit Lara*

*They look round to see Van glowing*

Van: Ugh...the...power...

*Instinctively, Sal and Lara grab Van*

*The three of them all glow*

Sal: We...we need to fight...

*Cheetara smiles as she arrives*

*Van, Lara and Sal struggle as they all glow*

*Van grabs Sal, hurling them away from Lara*

Van and Sal: OOF!

*Sal turns to Van*

* As Lara glows, a gauntlet attaches to her hand, her body becoming robotic*

*Van and Sal look baffled*

Van: What the...?

Sal: OK, this just got worse.

Van: you know these gauntlets don't seem as "will of the user" as advertised

*Sal nods*

Sal: I think I'm starting to see where this is...

*She suddenly realises*

Sal: Van, we need to get to Vibes before they do.

Van: right. if she gets a gauntlet we're doomed, if she's hit by one we're doomed.

*Sal nods*

Sal: If only we could get a portal going, maybe we could get to Vibes before they do!

Van: uh...did she go to marvel or DC?

Sally: i think it was DC.

Van: let's find that portal then

Vibes: *speeds through Marvel* come here gauntlet gauntlet gauntlet. i know y-AGH! *is blasted*

Nebula: *smirks as she levitates Vibes up to her* You are going to be a fun thing to twist
