If You Can't Beat 'Em

Rena: "Vibes seriously!" *she blushes* "that's the only way to calm down!"

Vibes: "But I'm trying to HRPH get us shrunk to fight!"

Rena: "You didn't act like that when you were the same with sal last time."

Vibes: "MURPH!" *bulging and shrinking.* "Y-you had to bring that up again!"

*Vibes/Rena bulges out*

Vibes: Glubble glubble glubble.

Rena: Oh no not the nonsense again!

"Rena...I think it's time we had a mind to mind now."
"...you sure?"
" Yes..."

*Rena had to shut her eyes after as she focuses.*

*Soon enough, Rena would be in their shared mind with Amethyst and Dingo lass.*

Rena: "DL! You can't be here else vibes might find out about you!"

DL: "Well that's not gonna happen I can say that."

Amethyst: "And why is that?"

DL: *She shuffles to the side to show vibes.* "She's already here."

Rena and Amethyst: "LASS!"

* They look and see giant caramels emerge around them*

Vibes: Worble forble blorble!

Rena: "okay so we gotta figure out how to get that weakness of hers either numbed or outright gone! How did sensei mike end up instilling it?"

Amethyst: "It was a psychic mental suggestion for the most part. Everytime she touches caramel, she inflates."

Rena: "...okay...so do we just change it to something else or change it to a mental suggestion voice command only we would know?"

Amethyst: "Both would work. But I would think you'd want to get rid of it all together."

Rena: "...maybe...I don't know."

DL: "I would! Let's make it that she inflates everytime she sees me!!!"

Amethyst: *Bops dl on the head.* "how about no? You'll just abuse it."

DL: "OWWWW~~" *Rubbing her head.*

* Rena smiles*

Rena: What if we...add a mode?

Amethyst: "...add a mode?"

DL: "INFLATION MODE!"

Amethyst: "Oh god no."

Rena: "Come on! It'll work!"

Amethyst: "...if you insist."

* They shut their eyes, focusing. As they do so DL, Amethyst and Rena all change into AK Girl style costumes*

BACK IN REALITY...

*Vibes/Rena return to a more normal form*

Vibes/Rena: OK time to get moving. SPEED MODE!

*Vibes starts to speed off but then sees Amber/Fiona look at her*

Amber/Fiona: What about us?

Vibes/Rena: Oh...right...Sure...

IN VIBES/RENA'S MIND...

DL: OK I forgot we're supposed to be handling this too.

Amethyst: Come on we just need to do the whole "focus" thing with them too.

Rena: "Right." *Rena grabbing vibes.* "let's hope we can fix vibes while we're doing this."

*Vina (Vibes and rena) grabbing amber/fiona before she closes her eyes.*

Vina: "PSychic mode!"

*Amber and Fiona look confused at Vina*

Amber and Fiona: What the heck?

Vina: I'm here to help you two merge...just while we work out how to take on this weirdo
       and get back to normal.

Amber: makes sense

*Vina laughs*

Vina: So we need to find a way to combine rubber and fire.

Vina: "Now i need you two to concentrate on each other. Try to get your minds synchronized together. But make sure to ask each other 'why are your powers clashing' and 'what common ground can they find'."

*Amber and Fiona suddenly realise*

Amber: That's it.

Fiona: We need to combine the two...literally!

Vina: "Right. Now just work on that and I'll help facilitate. Ready?"

*Amber and Fiona focus, creating gloop balls*

Amber: It's weird...

Fiona: But it'll do!

Vina: "Tar bombs as I call them." *She giggled.*

DL: What's the rush?

Amethyst: Louis and Romana are in trouble.

Vina: SPEED MODE!

*As she goes to run her body is puffed out*

Vina (thought): Oh come on!

Vina (Thought): "Gotta concentrate... either that or I just speed bounce!"

* Vina focuses as she runs*

Vina (thought): Can't help thinking someone's trying to slow us down.

*Ambfi melts like a puddle alongside Vina*

Ambfi: Come on Vina! Work on that focus!

*Destructovixen looks at Sal*

DV: Oh...it's you.

Sal: I didn't ask to be in the same place as you.

DV: Ever get the feeling you're being set up?

*They ready their poles as they see Merger in the shadows*

*As Sal and DV both swing for Merger he grabs them*

Merger: This should be interesting.

*Sal and DV look baffled as they merge into one Wondervixen form*
