Vibes: Time to get this wagon train a-movin'!

Van: after you

*Vibes pushes the mine cart along, dodging fire, raptors and cannon fire as they go*

Vibes: Hope we get a photo at the end of this!

Van: let's just take out lara first

*They emerge at a throne room*

Vibes: Guessing this is the boss arena.

Van: guess so

*The gilded doors ominously open*

Vibes: Eep.

Van: lets go

*They see a robotic Lara on a throne*

Lara: What took you so long?

Van: whoa

*Vibes gulps*

Vibes: Lara you have to listen to me. Somehow your mind is being taken over by...

*Lara knocks Vibes down with a laser blast*

Lara: Do you ever shut up?!

Van: V!

*Lara grins as Vibes struggles to get to her feet*

Lara: Look at you...once so powerful...now barely able to stand up!

Van: *charges at lara*

*Lara casually dodges Van*

Lara: You foolish people. Don't you realise what you are capable of?

Van: you've lost it

*Lara glows red*

Lara: No don't you see? We are the ones fighting a losing battle, trying to fight these forces
       when we could use them ourselves. 

*Vibes scowls angrily*

Vibes: OK not to be a broken record here but THIS ISN'T YOU. 

Lara: You don't have the power to stop me anymore VERONICA.

Van: *throws a statue at lara*

*Lara gets knocked down. Van sees Vibes struggling*

Van: Come on Vibes, don't let her get to you!

Van: you can beat this Vibes

*Vibes thinks about this*

Vibes (thought): The gem...she must have absorbed its energy...here goes...

*Vibes turns to Van*

Vibes: You keep her busy!

*She grabs Lara*

Lara: You can't threaten me without your power.

Vibes: We'll see about that...

*Lara and Vibes both glow red as Vibes enters her mind*

Van: V!

*Vibes lands in Lara's mind, seeing a red glow everywhere*

Vibes: Better hurry this up, before the gem starts affecting me!

*She looks and sees Lara, weak and on her knees*

Vibes: Lara!

Lara: You...you shouldn't have come here...

Vibes: you gotta fight it lara

*Lara groans*
