Race to the Cure

*Amber scowls as she walks awkwardly*

DV: You try that stunt with me I'll put that stinger somewhere it's not supposed to go.

IG: it's IG or Insect girl ya jerk. and aren't you not allowed to interfere? *looks at DV* big threats from someone i just need to sting twice to immobilize. *looks at Amber* that can't be comfortable. just sit down on your bean bag butt

Rai: I'm allowed to do what is needed to save Louis, Iggy.

*DV scowls*

DV: OK, now I really want to get this over with. I forgot how annoying you are.

IG: your powers are a scales tipper! and you just gotta get used to me again DV

Rai: *flips her off* Don't worry. I'll be gone once the cure is used.

MEANWHILE...

Vibes: This warehouse is massive.

(there is supposed to be the possibility of the villains getting the cure present, right?)

Van: we'll find it soon V.

*you get lucky as there isn't any guards there; the mana fragment will be one of the glowing magic items that isn't a weapon or armor* ((yup, there is.))

(makin sure. cause like i mentioned with IG since you gave Rai a ton of powers it kinda is a scale tipper for either side)

Van: huh.....this seems too easy.

*Vibes nods*

Vibes: Yeah...

*There is a glow around the room*

Vibes: Sudden glow. Sudden glow is not good.

Van: no duh

((He doesn't have a ton of powers. He's just needed for the portal. That's it.)) *mana constructs appear, with Mana Fragments powering them*

(oh.....coulda sworn he had other powers in other RP's)

Van: *fights off some of the constructs*

((He did, but his powers were always temporary due to what he is.)) *there's only 2 constructs, so beat them and you'll get what you need*

*meanwhile*

IG: *stings DV twice when they reach the horn then stings Amber one last time* that takes care of you 2 * grabs the horn and dodges Rai as she flies off* see ya sucker!

Rai: Darn it! *gets DV and Amber to the Hermit* I hope they hurry… IG doesn't know how to make the cure, and if she messes it up…

*DV and Amber groan as Rai rolls them toward the Hermit*

Hermit: *sees them and starts working on turning them back to normal*

Amber: so.....itchy....

*meanwhile*

Van: *takes down one mana construct* you good V?

*Vibes leaps and kicks another one over*

Vibes: Got it!

Van: *grabs the fragment* let's get back to the portal

*they get the fragments to the Hermit, as they both took them, and hands them to Rai*

*notices Amber and DV* IG turn?

Rai: and she has the horn

Van: V we gotta go back

Rai: Be careful. I'll keep the fragments safe.

Hermit: And hurry. Louis will soon go into the Final Berserk state, when only his face is clear of crystals, and when he will attack indescriminately.
