If you're at a racing event and you end up out of the race, even if someone takes you out, don't do what this guy does. Those who do such dangerous things deserves a ban.

Oh yeah I read about this, no question that is a dangerous and ludicrously stupid thing to do.

Yeah. He and his dad, who also happens to be the track owner deserve severe punishments for not only throwing a bumper at someone, but also for assaulting the intended target after the race.
