Vibes has not been feeling well lately but figures it was nothing and keeps fighting villainy. until in one bust of a car chase her speed mode turns her legs as heavy as stone. it seems she has gained the rare psychic flu which causes a psychic's powers to become unpredictable and volatile, putting Vibes out of commission.....least thats what everyone keeps telling her. meanwhile Sebiv plots to take advantage of her good self's moment of weakness by turning her friends into slaves. so Vibes must now fight through or cure her flu before Sebiv succeeds and take RC over

Scourge however is still getting adjusted to the concept of fighting without his "lucky jacket" That is until Penelope gives him a gift for all his efforts: A new wardrobe with a new jacket. However when a mysterious group of hooded villains, who claim to know Scourge and are seeking revenge on him appears and starts causing chaos, Scourge channel all of his bravery in order to stop them, and in the process learns that there's more to his new wardrobe than meets the eye...
