Van: *nods and the 2 walk to the exit, though they fail no notice both have a bit of liquid metal on their backs*

*They emerge back in Anty's clinic*

Van: we won...

*Anty smiles*

Anty: I had a feeling you would.

Van: yeah....thanks

*Sal smiles awkwardly*

Sal: Yeah...all sorted.

Van: *has a similar smile* so we can go now.

*Anty nods*

Anty: Yes. We will still have our regular scheduled appointments but you are free
to go back to work, patrol etc.

Van: er...right.... *the 2 hurry out*

*As they leave, they both wait until they are away from Anty's earshot*

Van: you don't think platinum was serious do you?

*Sal gulps*

Sal: I hope not.

Van: well erm....for what it's worth....i never thought you were evil or a bad person.

*Sal smiles weakly*

Sal: Thank you. And you might not know it, but a lot of people love you and we need you on this team.

Van: yeah....i'm gonna go get a burger. you wanna get something?

*Sal smiles*

Sal: Sure, I could do with a break.

Van: i hope the others had an easy day *the 2 pass windows*

*Sal and Van both look at their reflections, seeing themselves as fat*

Platinum: see you both soon. *laughs as the 2 begin to feel powerless*

Van: erm....m-maybe i'll get a salad....

*Sal nods*

Sal: Me too.

*their guts growl angrily*
