Couple's Retreat: A Sly/DV Story

Sly: I wouldn't recommend getting that clossse.

*Funzoid giggles*

Funzoid: Oh I won't!

*Pulls out an enormous feather*

*Sly shrugs, rushing towards them with a mallet.*

*Funzoid dodges, tickling under Sly's armpit with his giant feather*

MEANWHILE...

*Temptress laughs*

Temptress (thought): I think I've found what she wants.

*She clicks her fingers and Wondervixen emerges in front of her*

Temptress: You want to hit her don't you?

DV: No...I...

WV: Ooh I'm so scared...if I eat a lettuce leaf I'll blow up like a balloon!

*DV struggles, going red-faced*

DV (thought): I know what she's trying to do...got to...fight...

*Sly starts laughing, the mallet vanishing from his hands.*

*Funzoid giggles*

Funzoid: Tickle tickle tickle!

MEANWHILE...

*WV is poking DV*

WV: Poke poke poke.

DV: OK that's not even in character!

*He continues laughing, recreating his mallet in the air and letting it drop on Funzoid*

*Cartoon stars spin around Funzoid's head*

*He grabs the hammer from the air and smacks her away with it.*

*Funzoid struggles to get up*

Funzoid: Owie. Looks like you need a bit of...light relief.

*He pulls out some gas*

Sly: I get it... You can't make me laugh on your own, sssso you need that to do it for you!

*Funzoid giggles but it seems a bit forced*

Funzoid: You need to LIGHTEN up.

Sly: What, did I ssstrike a nerve there?

*Sly's cheeks start to puff out*

*He presses into them slightly, more curious than anything else.*

*Funzoid giggles as Sly starts to puff out*

Funzoid: You're going to be a big happy party balloon!

MEANWHILE...

*DV angrily slams her pole against the fake Wondervixen, starting to glow red*

Temptress: Yes, let it all out, all that anger building up inside you.

*A fake Guillermo emerges that DV kicks over*

Temptress: Yes...you have been cooped up for too long, be the real Destructovixen you are supposed to be!

*Sly begins to float.*
Sly: Tell me... What isss it with you and balloonsss?

*Funzoid giggles*

Funzoid: They're...so...bouncy!

Sly: Then why don't you jussst... Be your own balloon then?

*Funzoid giggles as he inflates himself*

Funzoid: Oh I can already do that!

MEANWHILE...

*DV is glowing red*

DV: All...this...power...

Sly: Then why would you want another balloon?

*Funzoid giggles*

Funzoid: So you'll be my big blimpy playmate!

(I saw it.)
Sly: Maybe next time, find sssomeone who'd like to be a balloon...
*He makes a pin, throwing it at him.*

*Funzoid deflates*

Funzoid: No fair!

*Sly scowls*

Sly (thought): I'd better get out of here.

*He begins to run away.*
