Yeah this is true, I think it's more the other way round, where Caramel Girl has a personal grudge against Vibes, and it's all the more infuriating because she doesn't see it like that.

Exactly. I like the idea of an inversion of the hero, but it doesn't really fit as a rival, now that I think about it. It only works under certain circumstances.

Van- For now, yes

Van's secret revealed: during one patricularly stressful boss bot hunt Van's mental issues catch up with him, revealing his secret to not only Vibes....but megafox as well. now Van must quickly try to patch things up with others for keeping this from them, calm down from his latest episode, and all before megafox can attempt to capitalize on this new development

Tests of Sensei Mike

After seeing how the heroes have been fairing lately, some of them get visited by Sensei Mike in their dreams. In these dreams, the heroes he visits must pass his tests, focusing on some of their own personal issues and helping them unleash their potentials. If they fail, they won't be allowed to be heroes anymore. Can they pass these tough tests, and become stronger because of it?

I got this idea in hopes that it could lead to Mike visiting Louis, Van, Sal, and a few others to help them out. Get them to face some bottled up issues and (in some cases) get them to see how strong they really are when they set aside self doubt.

That is a brilliant idea Louis. Totally up for that!

I figure it'd fit well after what happened with Van, as well as what will happen with Romana. Plus, it'll let us figure out what direction we want the heroes to grow with their skills. ...Problem is, I have no idea where to take Louis with his growth... The mental issues, I have figured out, but nothing for his potential...

This is what this forum is for, so we can talk about this and then post the story once Romana Is Hacked is over. Way I see it from what I've seen Louis is very impulsive. He is brave but if I was Sensei Mike I would try to get him to see beyond the fight.

Alright. I figured on that, plus his hidden issues with how Vibes and Sal behave at times. That much I have figured, but I need ideas for what kind of potential he has as a hero.

OK there's some good stuff there. For example- what if the challenge was fighting the other heroes, and he then had to realise the solution wasn't fighting?

i like the idea as well.

That might work for part of the mental stuff. What I'm trying to do along with with mental stuff is start to piece together how the heroes can reach the next level of power in them. That's what I need ideas for.
