Lilith's time to Shine

*Lilith speeds through a number of corridors before finally stopping, just before hitting a wall.*

Lilith: Ugh, I think I'm going to be sick.

blobulon: activate mcalistair defenses!!

*Lilith dives away as caramel blasters fire at her*

Lilith: WHOA!

Lilith: i gotta ditch these powers!

*She stops for a second*

Lilith (thought): Wait...I can't let those creeps get hold of them either...

*She thinks about it*

Lilith (thought): OK I have no idea if this'll work but here goes...

*She shuts her eyes and focuses, when she next opens them a purple crystal on a necklace appears on her*

Lilith (thought): Don't worry guys I'll keep your powers safe...I just don't want to go nuts in the process!

Lilith: back to cat mode *jumps up into the vents as the guards round the corner*

*The guards look round*

Guard: Could've sworn I saw her here...

Guard 2: oh the bosses arent' gonna be happy about this

*Guard looks confused*

Guard: Maybe the machine's busted?

Guard: we'd better go check.

Lilith: better follow them. if i can destroy the machine i can get the guys their powers back

*she follows the guards to the location of the power drainer

*The necklace glows purple*

Lilith (thought): OK definitely getting closer.

Lilith: least it makes a handy light for these dark vents

*as she follows the goons from the vents*

Blobulon 1: there is movement in the ventilation system!

Blobulon 2: lock the vent section down and pump in sleeping gas. this mockery of us is over

*Lilith gulps*

Lilith (thought): Uh oh.

Lilith: *rushes to an exit* come on come on come on

*The gas rushes up behind her*

Lilith: al...most. *the exit closes* no!! *tries to pry it open*

*Lilith looks at the necklace*

Lilith (thought): No...I can't risk using those powers...again...can I?

Lilith: last time i was over loaded....and...ooogh...sleepy *is covered with the gas*

*Lilith flops down*

Lilith: Me...feel...sleepy...

Lilith: *falls asleep with a thud*

Blobulon 2: THIS is the creature that gave us so many problems?!

Blobulon 1: she is powerless. what should we do with her?

Blobulon 3: hm....we still don't know where she has hidden the powers. perhaps we merely need to give her some..."special" convincing.

*Blobulon 1 smiles*

Blobulon 1: Yes...she'll beg us for mercy when she blows up like a giant balloon!

Lilith: *wakes up a few hours later* ooogh my head *thought: oh no. the necklace* *looks to see it still around her neck* phew.

*She looks up to see the Blobulons over her*

Blobulon 1: She is awake.

Blobulon 2: Tell us where the energy is, creature.

Lilith: wait...YOU'RE the invading aliens? 3 living jello molds?

*The Blobulons snarl*

Blobulon 1: Another one that doesn't know the meaning of respect.

Blobulon 2: She will learn.
