The Slobulon Invasion pt. 1

*Vibes grins*

Vibes: AND NOW YOU WILL ALL JOIN US!

Sal: ALL WILL BECOME SLOBULONS!

Van: g

G: yeah

Van: now would be a good time to run

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes: PSYCHIC MODE!

*The customers start stuffing themselves mercilessly.*

Van: *grabs G and warps to anty's

*Anty sees Van and G appear*

Anty: Well I've been hoping to get G in for an appointment for some time...

G: Not happening.

Van: slobulons.....invading.....took vibes and the girls over....passing out *passes out*

*Anty gulps*

Anty: I'll revive him. After that we can focus on the Slobulon problem.

G: So...what are we supposed to do?

Anty: It's difficult- they're one of four races of the Consortium and they are very, very
       powerful.

G: but they're giant fatties

*Anty sighs*

Anty: It is unwise to underestimate their influence. Undoing their power is very
        difficult.

G: ok ok. how did they even mess up the girls?

*Anty slams down a potion, creating a projected image*

Anty: The Slobulons come from the planet Slobulon. Their gravity is unique in that
        it affects mass as well as weight. Over time they developed the ability to weaponise
        this as a means of defending themselves.

G: But why do that?

Anty: Over time they realised they could use this ability to affect their enemies. Soon
        merely defending themselves wasn't enough and they began using their power
        to turn their enemies into immobile prisoners.

G: and now sleeper agents?

*Anty nods*

Anty: I'm guessing they have been studying you.

Van: *wakes up* ok i'm back

*Anty explains again*

Van: so.....they weaponized gluttony, gravity, and fat?

*Anty nods*

Anty: Now you know why they're a tough opponent.

Van: only in this universe *sighs* we need a plan to snap them out of it

*Anty ponders this*

Anty: Rote and I will see if we can find some way to reverse the process. In the meantime
       what I suggest you do is warn the others.

G: on it

*Vibes, DV, Amber and Sal waddle toward Interpol*

Vibes: CARMY MUST JOIN US!

Van: *rushes to interpol* CARM!

*Carmy looks up and sees Van*

Carmy: What's the big panic?

Van: look outside.

*Carmy sees the four*

Carmy: Oh...it literally is a big panic.

*Carmy then starts to giggle*

Van: Carm...?

Carmy: Part of me...wants to join them!
