(not really. he's trying to get at vibes's brain and she can blimp just from thinking she's in contact with caramel. so if she focuses on not sneezing she cant stop blimping and if she focuses on deblimping she will wind up sneezing her brain out. course she'll still be fine in her mind. hell the last segment of the game raz sneezes out his brain and you can still use telekinesis. there are ways to get the brains back in the heads too)

(to....for example, help both face their inner demons. in a caramel circus with vibes as a kid around the time she got the weakness and to have a monsterfied version of dante or something like that for her to face.)
