*Vibes and Sal are in tears*

Vibes: Why won't they stop laughing at us?

Sal: We...we couldn't save him...

Van: ok...is there a quick fix anty?

*Anty tries to think*

Anty: The problem is any quick fix would be temporary.

Van: dang it

Anty: We have to find the source of the disturbance.

Van: i can do that

*Anty smiles*

Anty: I'll come with you. I think I might have a way to break this.

Van: you sure? We dont know whats causing it. You may get hit too

*Anty ponders this*

Anty: Alright...but I think you'll need a potion to give you some immunity.

Van: fair enough. Thanks anty

*Anty hands Van a potion before he heads off*

Van: now to find the cause

*Van tries to think*

Van (thought): If I was a villain, where would I go to draw us out?

Van: i can think of several...first stop, the park

*Van bounces his way there*

Van: i dont like how quiet the city is right now

* He hears an ominous whoosh above him*

Van: *looks up*

*Saboteur is flying overhead*

Van (thought): Right on cue.

Van: *high jumps to grab her*

*He slams Saboteur into the ground. Saboteur, a bit groggy, gets to her feet*

Saboteur: That...was a mistake.

Van: the mistake was messing with my friends

* Saboteur grins*

Saboteur: Don't worry Blobbo you'll soon be joining them!

*To her surprise, Van doesn't react or change.*

Van: *throws a punch*

*Saboteur blocks, the pair exchanging attacks*

Saboteur: So I can't affect you like the others. Ah well, I'll settle for pounding you instead.
