Dessert Island

Van: guys stop. We shouldnt fight amongst ourselves. *his gut growls*

* Lara sighs*

Lara: You're right, I'm sorry.

Van: thank you.

*The trio cautiously continue moving*

*the island rumbles*

*Yelena gulps*

Yelena: That can't be good.

*The ground churns and swirls around them*

All: What the...?

*the ground splits, cutting off van from the other 2*

*Yelena and Lara reach out*

Both: VAN!

Van: stay back! Dont get too close the the pit!

*They both scrabble to get away*

Van: *stumbles back from the pit too*

* The land erodes away from all of them*

Van: ill catch up! Keep moving!

*Yelena and Lara struggle to get away as the land crumbles beneath their feet*

*the 2 soon outrun the crumbling ground*

*Lara and Yelena head into a cave. Lara gulps*

Yelena: What?

Lara: This cave feels...familiar. And not in a good way.

Yelena: have anything more to go off of?

*Lara tries to think but her memories are distorted*

Lara: I...I'm trying but it's like...

Yelena: The tape in your head is broken?

Yelena: how convenient

* Lara realises*

Lara: Wait...it's cyclical.

Yelena: What do you mean?

Lara: I think...it's possible I was meant to come back to this cave.

Yelena: or youve cracked

*Lara sighs*

Lara: I'm going in the cave. You can take your chance with the collapsing ground if you want.

Yelena: *looks back* i think it stopped actually

* Lara shrugs*

Lara: Point still stands. Your choice is cave with me or on your own out here.
