Race to the Cure

Rai: *setting up a portal* Is everyone ready? Once we're through, we can't come back until the cure is found.

Amber: all set

*DV grins*

DV: Bring it.

Rai: Good. *opens a portal*

*DV walks through*

DV (thought): I could use a good fight!

Van: let's go *enters with Vibes and Amber*

*Rai follows, not noticing IG watching*

*IG grins*

IG (thought): Guess this is what the boss wanted me to do. Better follow them!

*the portal leads to an old temple in the mountains*

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes: All very ominous.

DV: Can you take anything seriously?

Van: let's hurry up. louis is getting worse by the minute

*Vibes nods*

Vibes: Let's move. SPEED MODE!

Van: *follows with the group*

Rai: *leads them to the temple* I already sent Louis ahead. The Hermit is watching over him, as we need to bring the cure here.

so which way is the cure?

Rai: The Hermit will tell us. He knows all about it.

*Vibes raises an eyebrow*

Vibes: "The hermit?" Really?

DV: Just go with it, ok?

Van: let's just help louis and go home

Rai: He's only called that because "The Sage" was already taken. *they get to the temple, which looks like a mix of Japanese and Greek architecture*

*They don't notice IG flying behind them*

Rai: *walks over to the Hermit* Hey, old man...

Hermit: I've been expecting you... all of you...

Van: right. so where do we go for the cure?

*Vibes looks confused*

Vibes: W...Wha?

Hermit: There are 4 parts to the cure. The first 2, Heaven's Mirror petals and a wolf fang are simple enough and can be found in the area. The other 2 items, though, are a Mana Fragment and a Blessed Unicorn Horn... both are very rare. And there's only 1 horn, so only 1 cure...
