recovering from loss

after the balloon boy incident Vibes has been sulking and off her game. Van, Sal, G and some of the others have been trying to cheer her back up but it doesn't seem to be working well. in the mean time those not trying to cheer Vibes up are trying to take down megafox out of fury, leaving them vulnerable to any kinds of manipulations or traps. when a threat rises can the gang get Vibes back to her normal self before it destroys everything?

Amber. Pyrokentic, hero and a friend. Ever since she arrived, her powers finally activated. Many thought the warp was responsible for such a gift but in reality, she was gifted with these abilities way before she came to the city and now that past is starting to show. Through weird dreams and sudden changes, Amber now has to discover the origins of her powers and in the process she might even acquire a new ability...

Ah, okay. Cuz I had an RP idea that I thought up when looking through the RP that VJ showed up in, and that could have VJ work with Penny and Claire to stop Louis from doing something rash. The idea is this:
(note: the RP takes some ideas from "Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII", mainly the Oracle Drive. I don't own such things.)

To Defy One's Fate: Every since VJ arrived in Reynard City, Louis has been somewhat worried. He wants to know what happens to him in the future, but VJ seems to deflect Louis' questions each time.
One day, a strange device known as an Oracle Drive appears int the city. The device is powerful, and can allow one to see their future. Naturally, Louis goes to check it out... and he doesn't like what he sees.
Then, a dark figure approaches Louis, claiming he can help him change his future for the better. The catch? He has to capture at lkeast 5 of his friends and bring them to the stranger. Wanted to change what happens, he accepts.
Now, VJ, Penny, and Claire have to stop what Louis is doing, as the stranger has his own plans. Will they be able to save their friends in time?

cool idea dude. and it can work even though the way i have VJ's future origin working out is in a similar manner to Trunks fro DBZ where if you travel back and alter the past you are effectively creating a new timeline and not altering your own. but since louis doesn't know that he would freak out then at the end conflict with louis about to hand them over is when VJ would tell that to Louis

True. Though Louis won't listen to VJ until he's been stopped, as VJ has refused to tell him of his fate.

well actually i was thinking he'd tell him as Louis was handing over his friends and that would make Louis hesitate, a bit too late mind you, so a conflict with louis is avoided but still with the stranger and i'm assuming monsterfied versions of their friends then VJ will explain it to Louis once everything is said and done

Alright. And that VJ will tell Louis that the future he saw isn't what really happened, and then VJ tells him what really happened to him. No idea on what, though...

right

I'll need your help to come up with something for that, okay?

Louis stays good and was VJ's mentor in staff fighting after DV disappeared whenever Van had missions to go on or couldn't teach him the more complex stuff

That works, as Louis has all sorts of weapon skills, And maybe VJ couldn't tell cuz Future-Louis didn't want VJ to use too many staff techniques unless he had to. Here's some of them.

Ah. I thought up my idea cuz it would explain better why VJ kept misdirecting Louis' questions about it, because Future-Louis might be more discreet about such things.

well VJ grew up in a semi post apocalyptic version of reynard city. he doesn't really see a point in talking about things if they won't matter in the long run

What would you say is your character's theme song/tune?

(Side note; I'd like to keep fast-paced Japanese AMV songs to a minimum. Or really anything with lyrics. Instrumental versions work just fine, though.)
