Battle on Two Fronts Pt 1

*Food starts getting thrown out her*

Sable: Stop it!

*she grows and the ground cracks*

*A hole forms underneath her*

Sable: AAAGH!

Sable: this...this isn't real. it can't be.

*Camera crews rush toward her*

Reporter: Hey point them away from her, they add 10 pounds!

*Sable blushes as everyone around her laughs*

Sable: i'd rather be a blimp

*As the laughter echoes around her, she wakes up*

MEANWHILE...

*Sal and Guillermo are flying toward the city centre*

Sal: Getting some really weird reports.

Guillermo: What else is new?

Sal: No...the weird part is these aren't our usual suspects.

G: seriously?

*Sal nods*

Sal: We're dealing with some kind of inflatable cat thing, a guy with a fishbowl on his head and
some kind of...robo octopus man thing.

Guillermo: That really isn't that far past what we usually deal with.

Sally: touche

*As they fly in, Black Cat smiles*

Black Cat: OK guys, it's show time.

Mysterio: correct

* Mysterio points his fingers, blasting fireballs at Sal and Guillermo*

Sal and Guillermo: WHOA!

Sally: *tries to flying tackle them*

*Black Cat inflates and knocks Sal down with her belly*

Sal: OOF!

Mysterio: *shoots magic at the 2 heroes

*Mysterio laughs as he lifts Sal and Guillermo, slamming them into each other*

Sal and Guillermo: OOF!

Mysterio: this is almost too easy

*Dr Octopus laughs as he blasts them with ice beams from his tentacles*

Dr Octopus: Perhaps, but I must admit it is also fun!

*They laugh as Sal and Guillermo struggle to break the ice*

MEANWHILE...

*Sable wakes up, slowly going down the stairs to find "Van" in the kitchen cooking pancakes*

"Van": Good morning Sleepyhead!

Sable: I...I had the weirdest dream...

"Van": Is it that one where you're the secret agent?

Sable: W...What do you mean?

"Van": No offence but you're a bit...um...

Sable: It's true! It happened!

"Van": Sure, you go on believing that.

Sable: why are you cooking?

* "Van" laughs*

"Van": Oh I don't know, why do I cook, clean, do the shopping? I look after you, silly!

Sable: what?! i am able to take care of myself

*Sable strains as she tries to get up*

Sable: I...I can do this...

Sable: al...most...

*Sable flops down*

Sable: It...it was real...I was an agent...

*Sable then looks down at herself*

Sable (thought): Then again I have been having some real weird dreams lately...
