*Anty laughs*

Anty: Of course, I'll get some tea.

Van: *sighs

*Anty leaves the room, leaving them to talk*

What's wrong, Van?

Van: a lot. but hey that's not what matters. how have you been man?

I've... been better. It's strange, not being here with Claire...

Van: well.....i'm sure once things cool down we can bring her back.

That's my plan... I'll have her come back once things are safe... Once Mega Fox is gone, and Warp King quits playing with us...

*Anty comes back in with tea*

Van: warp King's mellowed a bit since we first got to this city.

Good... Then all that's left is Mega Fox and his goons... *rubs his wedding ring gently*

*Van sees a flash in his mind of an inflated Temptress*

Van: uh....hey you know where i can get a good one of those?

A wedding ring? I had gotten them from the jewelry store down the road from the studio.

right. thanks. i'll check it out.

...Are you doing alright? You seem... shaken.

Van: *sighs* it's been a hard last few months. First Lil....wait i don't think you met lil before you left

I don't think so, no.

*Anty smiles*

Anty: That's quite a story there.

man. you gotta come over for dinner or something. she's great. er....anyways first she gets turned into a human animal cross breed. then targeted by karg several times then we find out she's pregnant and megafox tries to pull a romana, speaking of i think shay is fine seems he only goes for it if the kid is still in the womb, anyways, he manages to catch her but we save them before the full robo-mind control hits *takes the tea from anty* and so all he got was aged up to 17 and some internal tech to give him electrical based powers. then with all this stress i- *he stops dead* uhm...forget the last bit. but anyways, that's my half of the catch up

*Anty nods*

Anty: Interesting. You will tell me if there are any more...developments, won't you?

Van: yeah sure *van's ear twitches as he lies*

I see... I'm sorry I wasn't here to help...

*Van waits until he's out the door, and then clutches his head*

Van (thought): Don't know why, but I've got a feeling I've got to get to Vibes. Also...why couldn't I tell 
                     Anty?

*A vision of an inflated Temptress appears next to him*

Temptress vision: Our little secret Van.

Van: GAH! *falls back out of his chair*

Louis: Van!

Van: I'm ok! just....just a bad memory *stands up and a pill bottle falls out of his pocket*
