Shadow Vibes: You know those quips don't cover up the fact you're scared.

Shadow Vibes draws two very long swords and tosses one to real Vibes*

*Vibes laughs*

Vibes: OK this is becoming increasingly literal.

Shadow Vibes: Shut up and fight VERONICA.

Vibes: don't. Call. Me. That. You gross ink-ball.
Shadow Vibes laughs*
Shadow Vibes: It's adorable how you try to be scary.
Shadow Vibes gets increasingly nightmarish.*

*Shadow Vibes turns into the gangster that killed her parents*

Shadow Vibes: How's this for scary?

Vibes: No! Stop! *turns away, holding her head and closing her eyes as she remembered that black day.*

*Shadow Vibes towers above Vibes*

Shadow Vibes: What's the matter now "AK Girl"? Where are your quips now?

Shadow Vibes: There's only one way you can defeat me...Face your fears. You either Fight Everything And Rise, or Forget Everything And Run. But, then again, you love to run. SPEED MODE.

*Vibes tries to run but more and more enemies appear around her*

An averagely sized Shibe Inu grabs Vibes' ankle. He pulls her into the ground.*
Vibes: hey! Wh-*Shibe Inu puts his paw over her face.*
Marley:*finally speaks.* be quiet, it will hear you. I'm willing to strike a deal with you. If you help me get Polaris back. I'll get you outta here.

*Vibes sighs*

Vibes: OK this place is getting a bit crowded- are you more of Polaris' personalities?

Marley: no. Good lord, no. I'm not one of these lunatics, I'm an idea. I was born in her imagination. Wait here, I have an idea...
*he leaves. A few moments pass and he pulls up in the Ghostbusters hearse.*
Marley: You wanna fight that shadowy...you. You'll need some gear. Thank heavens I found this in her imagination. Quite the mind, Polaris has. Ever used a proton pack?
Vibes: no.
Marley: then t'day's your lucky day!

*Vibes stops*

Vibes: Whoa! As awesome as having my own proton pack is, I still need to know who you are and what you're doing here.

Marley: I'm actually the head of Polaris' imagination corporation. I'm in charge of producing dreams, ideas, thoughts...then, the most beautiful dream to ever have been born...mutated into a corrupt, monstrous, miserable beast. *he points to some beings that resemble Nightmare, but are beautiful and more elegant and flowing.* those are dreams. We hatch them at I.H.Q., Imagination Head Quarters. Her emotions are like computer programs, BTW. We produce dozens of ideas a day. Her memories mix and match the traits dreams possess.
But, she saw something scary, then...A nightmare was born.

*Vibes turns to Marley*

Vibes: OK here's the deal- I'm going to help you but when this is done I want there to be Polaris, okay?

Marley: It's my top priority. There's no imagination production since Nightmare took control. If it stays in control, Polaris goes brain-dead and we all die!

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes: Well looks like we need to work together to take this mook down.

Marley: Gear up, then

*Vibes smiles as she does so*

Vibes: Groovy.

Marley: *holds out a dream-catcher.* you'll need this.

*Vibes laughs*

Vibes: Makes sense.

Marley: It does. But, DO NOT touch a dream.

Vibes: Why?

Marley: Capturing a dream could result in the loss of an emotion. This dream catcher is for Nightmares only. Keep it held with your proton pack and toss the catcher at it. It should work

*Vibes nods*

Vibes: Groovy.

Marley: there's still a problem at hand, Polaris is still asleep, we have to wake her up, but how.
