Beware of The Blob

*Vibes sighs*

Vibes (thought): What's the point? I'm powerless!

"Alsssso, we should probably get Ssssal too.... I doubt she'd like any of thissss... Until then, try and ressst, you'all do better when you aren't tired."

*Vibes yawns*

Vibes: Yeah...need...sleep...

He stands close, looking around, just in case."I'll keep watch, sssso don't worry."

*As Vibes sleeps she dreams of herself eating giant foods*

Vibes: MUST...FEED...

There's a somewhat quiet voice in her mind, what little of her is still resisting, begging for her to stop, for her to focus.

*Vibes turns round and sees a weird, cartoonish version of herself*

Vibes: Huh?

The tiny cartoon Vibes looks up to her, chubby cheeks formed in concern. Her voice quite soft. "Vibes, you need to resist this, you need to fight and regain control!"

*Vibes looks baffled*

Vibes: But look at me...uh...Tiny Toon Me! I'm...spherical!

"Your mind is being toyed with, that isn't really you, you aren't a sphere.... In reality, you aren't exactly the most fit currently, but you're not a ball of fat!"

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes: Well that makes sense. But then how do I know you can trust you?

Toon Vibes: I'm you you ruddy melonhead!

Vibes: Well you're a bit lippy for me. I don't think I'd cheek me that much.

Toon Vibes: I don't give a stuff what you think.

"Still, it seems that snapped you out of it really quickly!"

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes: OK Toon Me, well played.

"I knew that something like this couldn't stop me!" She hops a few times, clearly giddy about this working.

*She smiles as she focuses on returning to normal*

She can feel her body shrink, her mind clearing as the slime within her is forced back to its original size. She's still fairly chunky, but much more mobile than she was.

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes (thought): OK a couple of spare tyres aside I'm back!

Sly notes her slightly lighter form with a smile. "It looksss like she fought it back... If only a bit."

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes: I'm guessing we can all fight back on this thing if we focus!

"Eassssier sssaid than done for me, but alright!" He closes his eyes, attempting to focus himself.

*He hears mocking laughter in his head*

He clutches his head, thrashing it about. "N-No... I... I'm not lisssstening to you! No, not anymore!"

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes: That's it Sly, fight it!

"GET.... OUT!" His body twitches and convulses, changing forms rapidly, his mass seemingly going down.

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes: That's it Sly, kick that blob's butt!
