Name: Mr. Sly/ Sam

Powers: Semi-liquid body capable of changing forms, magic, a lot of it being real-life versions of magic tricks, or altering his body or another person's body.

Weaknesses: He's not serious most of the time, and can easily lose himself in laughter from his actions, as well as having some difficulty harming anyone or anything he deems 'cute'. Being a pseudo-liquid, he reacts to heat and cold as water would.

Bio: Nobody is really sure where he came from, but one day he appeared in the city, performing odd feats of magic on random passersby before eventually organizing his own 'Magic Show'. His only real goal seems to be just entertaining himself through whatever means.

A female personification of Time

Powers: Mystic Arts(as in Doctor Strange) Ability to stop time, erase moments and maintain the constant "tick tock" of time. Can also erase people out of history.

Weakness: She can be altered, stopped or reversed or pushed foreward.

Strength: Never actually dies, she can fold matter, transverse dimensions at will.

Weapon: a magic staff that maintains time and can erase moments/people/rewrite history. She also has a charm that runs all time.


Bio: she used to be a normal woman in an alternate reality, until warp king put a spell on her that made her into Time. Her real name was Olivia Patt. Warp king linked her heartbeat with the seconds of all time ever. She was banished into her own dimension, the 4th dimension. She always controls 4th dimensional traffic: schedules/time cards/clocks...etc. and Time machines.
