Editorial Mandate

Rena: *sitting back at the studio recording the cartoons.* "Oh IG's gonna love these cartoons!" *dialing IG up*

*IG cautiously picks up the phone*

IG: Hello?

Rena: "Jenny! You gotta turn on the TV!"

*Jenny pausing and then checking the television for the cartoon."

IG: "what the heck??"

Rena: *giggling.* "it's hillarious! Someone made a cartoon of everyone here! Maybe there's a silly version of you on there you can have a laugh at!"

*IG laughs*

IG: Dang! This thing is the funniest thing since People Falling Over!

Rena: "never saw it. I'm making recordings right now! Wanna come over and we can vege out? Vibes and sal are storming the TV studio fuming about it. So I figure I should save them while I can."

*IG smiles*

IG: Why not? Beats hiding in fear for my life.

Rena: "I'll pick ya up then!"

*meanwhile.*

*Vibes and Sal stare at the TV station.*

*Vibes looks in horror*

Vibes: I can't believe we're watching this guff. I never thought something would make me hate 
        TV.

Sal: "Besides the time you thought it would be funny to make a comic book about our lives?"

Vibes: "it would've worked if I could draw!"

Sal: "Yeah but the fact is that we have a problem."

*Sal nods*

Sal: This is a gross misrepresentation of who we are.

Vibes: "For once we agree on something!" *marches in.*

*Vibes and Sal look at a man in a leather chair. He has long brown hair and an open shirt.*

Vibes: Are you Sidney Bray?

Sidney Bray: Sidney Bray, one of the highest grossing cartoon producers? Yes I am.

*the two grab him by the collar and yank him up.*

Vibes/Sal: "We need to talk!"

*Sidne getting wide eyed in quiet panic*

Sidney: I...I value feedback from fans!

Vibes: FANS? You've messed us up big time.

Sal: We can't have people think this represents us.

Sidne: "Y-you do know there's such a thing as freedom of expression right?" *nervous smile.*

Sal: "You ever hear of Freedom of speech?"

Sidne: "I think I remember that-"

Vibes: "By that we mean freedom of speech about us being downright pissed."

*Vibes looks seriously at him*

Vibes: You have no idea what we've been through.

Sidne: "Uh...m..maybe we can discuss some changes?"

Sal: "Smart man..."

*back at the studio, Rena had some snacks and drinks for herself and Jenny.* Rena: "Better enjoy the cartoon before sal and vibes put it off the air I say."

*Jenny beams*

Jenny: It's weird- I can get Sal being all controlly about it but Vibes always struck me as the cool one.

Rena: We all have our limits I guess.

Rena: *she giggles.* "That and she didn't like the fact that she was being portrayed as a balloonie."

*Jenny laughing.* Jenny: "that might do it!"

Rena: "but she always looks so cute inflated!" *Pouts.*

*Jenny cuddles Rena*

Jenny: I know Rena. I know. Believe me I'd like her, Van and G all big and poofed up.

Rena: *Giggling and nuzzling Jenny.* "Especially G and Van." *Turns the TV on.*

*Noticing big fat G on the television being used as a weight lift by muscle bound cartoon sal.*

Rena: "PFFTT HAHAHHAA!"

*They both hug each other laughing* 

MEANWHILE...

*Mega Fox looks on as "Sidney" leads them down the corridor*

Mega Fox: That's it...get them in place...

Sidney: "The recording studio is right here."

*Vibes smirks.* Vibes: "can't believe I get to be on a proper cartoon show!"

Sal: "yeah yeah. I just want this over with."

*As they go past Vibes looks at how the voice actors give her a strange look. For a second
 she sees an odd glint in their eyes*

Vibes (thought): Something's wrong...

Vibes: "ON Second thought sal...I think we should be going."

Sal: "what are you-"

*The door shutting behind them as the lights suddenly go out.*

Sal/Vibes: "HEY!"
