The Mega Meteorites Pt 3: The Darkest Dimension

*The heroes wake up to find themselves in a black, desolate version of Reynard City*

Vibes: Oh crap.

Sally: There has to be a way we can get out of here.

Vibes: There isn't. In this dimension we're cut off from everything.

Sally: How do you know that?

Vibes: Sebiv couldn't resist telling me!

Sly lays on the floor, completely silent, a pitch-black, dripping slime-like version of him standing silently in the distance.

*Penny gulps*

Penny: OK that thing looks super creepy...no offence Sly.

*Fiona scowls angrily*

Fiona: No! It can't end like this, there has to be a way to get out of this!

Van: but how?!

*Vibes ponders this*

Vibes: Fi's got a point. Warp King can't resist putting a loophole in.

Fiona: But what is it?

Sal: That's what we have to find before our evil counterparts do.

The figure in the distance begins walking over, no noise coming from it's movement, everything around it seemingly losing all color and life as he passes.

*Sal gulps*

Sal: Speaking of villains, let's get out of here!

Van: hang on! *uses shadowport

It locks eyes with Van, suddenly dashing over, arm contorting into a freakish claw, it's arm launching out towards him.

*They emerge in a world that seems gaudy and tehnicolour.*

Vibes: Where the heck are we now?

*They look up and see Superlita*

Vibes: Oh crap.

Van: can we get a break

*Vibes rolls away as Superlita fires laser vision blasts at her*

Superlita: Running away and hiding? That's not your usual style!

Vibes (thought): She's right but then I also prefer living.

*Sal smiles as Vibes dodges.*

Sal (thought): That's it, keep her occupied...

*She charges up her taser and then thinks*

Sal (thought): If we're powerless...how come Van could teleport us?

*She then realises*

Sal (thought): I hope I've got this right and Warp King is evening things up...or
I am about to be dead...

(....damn it. sorry. that slipped my mind

A hole is torn in the air as the black figure climbs out, looking around for the heroes, one track mind...

(No worries Van!)

*As Sal dives toward Superlita wielding her taser she is slapped away*

Sal: OOF!

*Vibes looks round to see the black figure*

Vibes: Eep.

It rushes towards them, swinging it's freakish claw of an arm around wildly.

Van: oh come on!

*Superlita clicks her fingers, causing a portal to teleport away the black figure*

Superlita: You'll get your moment later, this is my show!

The creature tears it's way in again, slicing a gash across Superlita's arm as it drops to the ground.


(I feel like the 'Black Figure' is the kind of villain that doesn't follow orders or work with others, you try to order it around, it'll attack you and just continue.)

(That's all well and good but doesn't help the plot please respect that if we post something there's a reason for it. On the plus side this gives me a chance to do a classic movie reference)

*Another portal appears taking the black figure to its own dimension that will be important later on*

Fiona: Who is that guy?

"That guy isss me.... Honessstly, there'sss not much difference between me and him..." He flies around in the air mindlessly.

*Fiona gulps*

Fiona: OK in our current situation that's...reassuring.

*Sal is desperately blocking Superlita*

Sal: Err can we focus here please?

Sly flies over and bashes Superlita in the head, sending them spiraling. "Well, it'sss good I've got ssssuper ssstrength now!"
