Vibes: OK this is not going to plan.

Sonic: Yup.

???: *grabs Sonic, glaring at him*

*suddenly*

???5: Hold it Blue!....Put the youngling down.

Blue: *sighs* I recognize THAT voice....*puts Sonic down*

*Vibes raises an eyebrow*

Vibes: What the heck?

*The sounds of footsteps and a walking stick are heard as another strange figure walks towards them*

???5: There's something about them....I can sense similar intentions in them...

???3: What them? Roots, I don't think this is the appropriate time for one of your "glimpses into the future".

???5: Perhaps not, Rose my friend....but at least let this old wanderer examine our visitors...

*Vibes gulps*

Vibes: OK I'm officially freaked out now.

*Roots walks over to the two and looks over them in both curiosity and astonishment*

Roots: Hmm....Quite interesting. This one in the black suit....she possesses a power beyond anything you've yet to discover.....but THIS young chap-*pokes Sonic with her walking stick*-....I sense a very powerful bond within him....a bond quite similar...to yours Blue...

*the three look over at the hooded hedgehog*

Roots: But that is to be expected from your own decedents....

Blue/Sonic: DECENDANTS?!

*Vibes scratches her head*

Vibes: How is this even possible?

Roots: It's a generational thing dear, you wouldn't understand. The point I'm trying to get across is that these two are time travelers from the distant future!

Rose/Blue: Whoa...

Red: *looks to the fox* Bolt any clarification?

Bolt: I-I'm just as surprised as you....I've theorized that time travel could be possible....I just didn't think that it would BE possible...

*Vibes scratches her head*

Vibes: So...somehow we're...in the past? This is heavy!

Blue: *blushes slightly embarrassed* Uh...Apologies...we're normally not one to accuse strangers...we just mistook you lost travelers for threats...and well what we have is too valuable to give up....I'm Blue. My colleagues are Red, My good friend Bolt, and Rose...We work to peacefully controlling the world’s resources and make the world a better place. This is how we do things here. This is the way of "The Ancients".

Sonic: The Ancients?! *slowly begins to realize who these people are*

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes: So...you know these guys Sonic?

Blue: *looks at him*......Hardly. I've never seen this youngster before in my life. But his handsome similarities are quite staggering.

Sonic: Yeah Time Travel does that.

*Vibes laughs*

Red: I hate to break the conversation....but if these two are lost, then shouldn't we be getting them home?

Rose: Good point....

*Vibes smiles*

Vibes: Thanks.

Roots: I could try one of my homemade methods to get them home.

Bolt: No offence Roots but we want to get them home safely and uh...with their minds still intact.

*Vibes ponders this*

Vibes: Just tell us what to do.

Bolt: Well I have been working on a portal, able to send things to and from different times....although I would need clarification from my fellow associate working on the project, in order to use it.

*Vibes groans*

Vibes (thought): Here we go.

Bolt: Don't worry. As a fellow man of science I'm positive he'll understand. Come on.

*The group leaves and Sonic and Vibes follow*

Sonic: Um...exactly who is this associate?

Blue: He's a really smart man.... despite his lack of limbs but regardless he has quite the IQ.

G: *walks up to Tails* Hey any of you guys seen Sal?

Tails: Not really, I've been working that problem all day. Try to see if anyone else saw here, I AM going to need her for my act.

*Sal is in a cafe, looking mournfully at a plate of donuts*
