Sonic: We're on the same team! Why does it even matter?!

Scourge: None of your business, that's what!

*Sal scowls*

Sal: Guys drop the measuring contest and throw the crystal here!

Scourge: Not until he lets go!

Sticks: *appears out of nowhere* Sorry about this guys! *Stomps on Sonic's foot, and then bites Scourge's arm*

Sonic/Scourge: OUCH!! *they soon drop the crystal*

Sticks: Heads up! *tosses it to Sally*

*Sal catches it*

Sal: Thanks...not exactly orthodox, but thanks!

*Back down below, Vibes and Van finish off the last Mega Bot*

Vibes: Another bot bites the dust!

*Megafox looks at the group*

*The group of Vibes, Van, Amy and Tails, who's holding an explosive in his hand, looks at him*

Chief: Thank you all for protecting our city.

Sonic: Pfft. Nothing to it. It's what we gods do. *chuckles*

Chief: Are you sure you can't stay?

Tails: We'd love to but...well y'know the stars aren't properly positioned for a prolonged visit. ^^"

Sonic: Yeah what he said. Heh heh. Stars...can't do it....not today. ^^" *nervously chuckles*

*Vibes ushers them off*

Vibes: Questioning gods angers them, now let them naff off!

Chief: *chuckles* No worries I understand. *walks over to the two and whispers* To be honest, I could tell you two were faking.

Sonic: *goes wide eyed* You Knew?

Chief: *chuckles and nods*

*Sonic and Tails look at each other and smile*

Amy: You guys head back to the explorer, Sticks, Sally and I already have a ride of our own.

Van: Right. *follows him out as Amy and her group warp back to the lab*

Sonic: Mission accomplished guys!

Tails: The Sun Crystal is now with us!
