AI Outbreak

*Nikki Wolfe is dueling with Mega Fox. He extends his spike, Nikki catches it with her Skyhook, and snaps it off.*
Mega: I see you've acquired some new skills since we last met. Tell me, why didn't you stay my mercenary? You were good at your job.
Nikki: I developed a set of standards, chrome dome.
Mega: Hmm, unfortunate. *He delivers a heavy punch, sending her soaring through the air. She catches her skyhook on a hanging cable and swings into a window. At the table was a vixen eating cereal...there was something familiar about her*

*Vibes raises an eyebrow*

Vibes: OK I wasn't expecting a delivery till 10

Nikki: Don't I know you? *she sits up, propping herself up with her arm* Because you seem REALLY familiar...

*Vibes looks at her*

Vibes: Yeah...I'm getting a weird sense of deja vu.

*she recalls the time with Nightmare...*
Nikki: You...Vibes... *she stands up and takes a defensive stance, fists raised.* Yeah, I remember you. *she gets defensive, although not sure why*

*Vibes looks confused*

Vibes: What are you doing?

Nikki: I don't know...I just remember that I was against you *she glares at Vibes*

*Vibes sighs*

Vibes: I haven't had coffee, not in the mood for this.

Nikki: *draws a wrist mounted weapon...it looked gnarly. It had three hooks at the business end. She pulled a trigger and the head extended, spinning the hooks.* Guess that means I have the advantage. I snapped off Mega Fox's spike with this Skyhook I built tinkering with my dad's old stuff.

*Vibes groans*

Vibes: OK, have it your way. STRENGTH MODE!

*Nikki pulls a strange looking bottle from her backpack and drinks from it...navy blue, electrified crystals forcefully grow from the front and back of her paws, little ones sprouting up her arms and on her face. Her veins glow an electric blue and she is surrounded in electric lightning bolts. Her eyes glow the same colour as her veins. As soon as the mutations appeared, they were gone.*
Nikki: Phew...what a rush!

*Sal arrives*

Sal: OK Vibes you really need to turn the TV...down...

*Sal sees Nikki*

Sal: What the heck is going on?

Vibes: That's what I'm trying to figure out.

Nikki: I don't really know, all I know is that we have some kind of beef and we're settling it. *She focuses hard and a navy blue, electrified crystal starts to grow from her palm*

*Sal groans*

Sal: You can't be serious.

Nikki: *looks at Sal, head tilted forward, holding an electric crystal she grew from her paw and shakes it gently* I kinda am, lady

* Vibes turns to Sal*

Vibes: It's okay, I can deal with this.

Nikki: Alright then. *She lobs the crystal at Sal, she avoids it just in time for it to strike the wall, and jump into pieces, creating a small electric trip wire* Hecc

*Sal is tripped over*

Sal: WHOA!

Nikki: *gets her Skyhook out and starts to spin the hooks* Let's go

*Vibes goes to punch Nikki*

*Vibes touches Nikki and gets a little zap. They both get knocked down.*

Vibes and Nikki: OOF!

Nikki: Alright! Enough of this! I just...*the shock causes her to flash back...to nightmare.* Of course I know you...with Nightmare...

*Vibes gets to her feet*

Vibes: What happened with Nightmare? Who is Nightmare? And this doesn't change the
fact you're attacking me in my house.

Nikki: It's me, Ricochet...at least, that's what the R on my jacket stands for. I used to be employed by Mega Fox, and he just kicked my butt, so I guess that's out the window
(Nikki Wolfe is also known as Ricochet. She called herself that because it sounded cool. So, just to clarify, Nikki and Ricochet are the same person)
