*Vibes and Sal thump behind them. They become larger and larger*

*thinks: Hard to think about it while being chased! I'll give my answer once I and Van reach you. Might make it easier for you to deal with Van then.* *tackles Vibes to get her off Van*

*GV laughs*

GV (thought): Very well. Bring them to me.

*Vibes swats at Louis*

Vibes: DESTROY!

Van: come on louis

*dodges* Come on! This way, tubby! *lures them towards GV's location*

*General Van grins as they make their way to his castle*

GV: Yes...I've had my fun. Now to make them my slaves!

Van: *winces* ngh...my head.

You okay Van?

Van: i think so....

*In Van's head*

GV: Ah Van. You need to relax. You're jelly...Big...happy...jelly...

Good. *leads them through the maze that is the tower of Tarqaron*

*GV laughs*

GV: Yes. Nearly there.

*leads them to the top* Huh… guess the tower hasn't truly activated…

Van: *follows louis, ignoring GV*

*GV grins as they enter the castle*

GV: Yes. Come to me my slaves.

*at the top landing of the tower* …so he's using that sword to power the machine…

Van: shut up

*Penny and Amber chase after them*

Penny: Something very weird is going on.

Amber: Really? It wasn't weird before?

Amber: i feel funny

That's because Tarqaron is now active. It lets out an aura that absorbs life energy. It also can mutate animals into wild monsters. Once fully active, it'll absorb the life force of all of humanity over the period of a few days.

*GV presses a button*

GV: And here we go!

*A blast of energy hits Amber*
