* "Van" comes back in with takeaway for Sable*

"Van": Lunch time!

Sable: so....full.....

* "Van" rubs Sable's tummy*

"Van": Nonsense, I can definitely spot a little room in there!

Sable: f-fine....

*Sable groans as she eats*

Sable (thought): Something doesn't feel right...I...I just wish I could put my finger on it.

MEANWHILE...

*Black Cat, Mysterio and Doctor Octopus appear through the portal, with powerless heroes floating behind them*

Mysterio: Special delivery for Mr Osborn!

*the heroes are thrown to the ground*

*Van scowls*

Van: Should've guessed.

Norman: Ah, how pleasing. My bargaining chips have arrived.

Van: your what?

* Norman grins*

Norman: You see I had a bit of interaction with an associate of yours, Mega Fox, was it? And
he felt I wasn't capable of understanding warp power. I have associated with aliens,
gods and demons, and as per usual I was underestimated.

Van: What's your point?

Norman: Thanks to warp energy I will soon be able to reshape everyone and everything as I please.

Van: of course *struggles to get free*

*Norman grins as the heroes all struggle to get up*

Norman: Having a few problems? Yes, your psychic friend took care of that...not that she realised that,
of course.

Van: what did you do to vibes?!

*Norman beams as he glows purple*

Norman: Pretty simple really- we scrambled her signal. She's keeping you all weak, and she doesn't
even know it!

Norman: and of course have her trapped in a mental prison within a mental prison

*Norman laughs*

Norman: But don't worry, once this is all over none of you will remember any of this!

Van: what do you mean?

* Norman smiles*

Norman: Our first subject, Silver Sable, currently thinks she dreamed her life. Pretty soon,
she will only see herself as an immobile invalid, needing constant care.

Sally: *tries to get her arms free* you wouldn't dare!

* Norman turns to Black Cat, Dr Octopus and Mysterio*

Norman: Take them away.

* Carmy looks horrified as they are bound to the wall*

Carmy: This is really bad.

*Penny yawns*

Penny: Feel...so...sleepy...

Carmy: No...we...mustn't...sleep...

Carmy: donuts? *the box rattles before 3 giant donuts leap out and fall on her, trapping her like giant inner tubes*
